This painting takes up most of the wall opposite the elevators at Good Sam hospital. I’ve looked at it many times over the years and finally looked up the artist, Dan Miller of Ohio. It turns out there are several painters named Dan Miller, but the link takes you to the right one. I don’t find the painting especially beautiful, but I do find it peaceful and calm. It’s a good image to see in a hospital. As for Shero, there is no change. She had a pretty bad day, but I spent the afternoon with her, and she slept like a baby. If she sleeps through the night I’m sure she’ll feel 100 % in the morning.
