Look at this tin-covered porch. I remember several such porches around Morgan County when I was a kid, right down to the nails sticking out along the edge. They’re incredibly sturdy, but slick as snot when wet, and you rarely see these flat sheets of tin anymore, or at least I don’t. Walking on them sounds different from any other surface. This is exactly the kind of style I love. More tin porches, I say.
