I kept looking at the staircase at the Tristee’s building at Shakertown’s, wondering why it reminded me of something I couldn’t quite put my finger on it. Today, it hit me. It looks like the mountain – or whatever it is – that Jack Skellington from Tim Burton’s Nightmare Before Christmas is standing on in all the promo shots. Or maybe I need sleep or another longer weekend away. Either way, I’ll always see Nightmare Before Christmas when I look at the staircase now.
