Dixieland Gardens, now called LuigART, was tonight’s first BGT deTour location on adaptive reuse. Remember these photos from August 3? Mike Satterly and his small crew worked wonders in a month’s time. Coincidentally, Reinette completed and published the entry for Dixieland Gardens this afternoon in the Notable Kentucky African Americans. You can read the history of Dixieland Gardens here. It is such a great space and Mike really is a good, honest guy with a great job. He works so hard and it shows.
