“Be mindful of the well-worn patterns of thought that keep you stuck. You do not have to walk through the door of reaction just because that’s what you always do.” ~ Mindy Cardenas

This large, impressive building on Main Street in Winchester, Kentucky is today the Bluegrass Heritage Museum. It use to be the Guerrant Clinic and hospital. The top square-ish floor was the operating room that the museum has replicated with period equipment. My question is this: did they use the natural light of the windows during surgery? Could a person position themselves just so and watch from outside? Surely they had blinds or something when the room was in service. Either way, I encourage you to visit. They’ve done a lot of work on the building and the exhibits.
