File this one under “I love my job.” Today I met Chuck Perry. He’s been photographing the UK Cheerleaders for nearly 40 years. Though I didn’t conduct his formal interview, we had a great talk about photography beforehand. He’s just the nicest man, very generous with his knowledge, and very grateful for still be working as a photographer. That last fact alone is testament to how good he is. He made my day.
