“To capture joy we must cast a net of gratitude.” ~ Unknown

between the rains

I’ve been trying to get to West Liberty to decorate the graves since Thursday, but it’s been nonstop rain. I caught a break today. Well, until I got out of the car and placed the last flower. Then the sky opened up for five minutes. Luckily, I’d left the camera in the car. Anyway, Uncles Tony, Harold, Darrel, and Danny put up a flag this week when it wasn’t raining. It is absolutely perfect, and I am eternally grateful to them for making it happen. Hero and Shero would be honored, and with the placing of the first flowers since their reunion in the hereafter, I feel deeply at peace.
