A walkway on campus leads from Euclid Avenue (or Avenue of Champions as it’s also known) to the heart of the main campus. It is lined with mature acorn trees, some of which have died from disease in the last several years, though there remains enough to shield the walkway from the sunlight to create a tunnel-like effect that’s comforting, at least for me. I’ve never captured it in a way that resembles it in real life, mostly because I’ve never had the right lens with me. Enter iPhone 14 with its wide-angle and telephone lenses (above). It’s still not exactly how I see it, but it’s getting closer.
