We needed something to cheer us – and mom being a lover of adventure however small – was game for a short 10-minute diversion to Nada Tunnel at The Gorge. She had never seen it, and though it wasn’t prime fall or spring leaf season, it was still worth the fantastic view of the cliffs. I’ll take her back when there’s some color…and have the good camera along.
