Though “The Great Conjunction” was officially last night, the fact is, these planets – Saturn and Jupiter – remain very close for a few more days. It’s amazing the difference a half block can make as I watched Stacy from her house photograph the Christmas Star extravaganza with ease. She got some good shots with definition and color, which is pretty good for not having a telescope. I’ll take celestial celebrations every night.
