“Our life is frittered away by detail. Simplify, simplify, simplify! I say, let your affairs be as two or three, and not a hundred or a thousand; instead of a million count half a dozen, and keep your accounts on your thumb-nail.” ~ Thoreau

Fred

I started playing with my camera during a break at rehearsal today. I caught Fred in all his smiling glory with his favorite guitar, the B-Bender. Upon seeing the photo, Neil called it Fred’s Olin Mills portrait. Just for that, I gave us all the Olin Mills treatment. I even did one of myself to match the boys and have everybody in the band, of course. Neil threatened to use them as the poster for our next show, which by the way, will be at the Fish Tank on Saturday, March 18. We’ll be playing with The Other Brothers. God bless The Other Brothers for giving us a chance to play at least once a year. I love these old codgers so much. They always, always, always make me laugh, and that’s worth more than gold.
