“Life is like underwear, change is good.” ~ Unknown

winter

It’s mid-February, but this shot is from December when it was cold like winter is supposed to be. Instead, it was nearly 60 degrees today. Why am I a fan of cold temperatures? Because cold temps keep the mosquitoes and other creepy crawlies in check. The Kentucky climate is meant to have seasons, and we need enough days of freezing temps to help control the environment. Otherwise, we end up like Florida. And since mosquitoes see a flashing neon “Lunch” sign on my forehead, I prefer not to be like Florida but like Kentucky.
