Scott Eastman and Jeff Patterson made a Pam sandwich at Gary’s memorial. They’re both great musicians and great human beings. I met them a few years ago when Pam’s sister and brother-in-law married. Jeff and Scott were the reception entertainment and I was the photog. I think that was the night we learned we all graduated from high school in 1983. “We are wild, we are free, we’re the class of ’83.” That was the motto of the Morgan County, Kentucky class of 1983. I’m pretty sure me, Scott, and Jeff are not as wild as we were 38 years ago, but we’re still awesome for a bunch of middle aged rockers.
