Shero is now staring down the barrel of 80 as today she launched into her 79th revolution around the sun. We enjoyed a fabulous steak dinner together complete with homemade tart. I think I shocked her when I walked in and announced that it wasn’t store bought. I made it. We ate it. We laughed. We enjoyed our day. I’m unbelievably grateful to have them next door so we can celebrate each other every day.

Thank you baby girl. To have another birthday together was the thrill of my life, again. You are in my heart forever and always because you and dad are my world. Thanks for another wonderful birthday. I love you so so much. Thanks again for everything. Also, I loved my birthday cake (tart) you made. It was delicious.
