Brother from another mother came to town for the night after spending some time with his mother up in the mountains. He flies back to his sunny condo in Phoenix tomorrow. It is such a blessing to have him around whenever I can get him. Mom treated us to an incredible dinner at Winchell’s for his Christmas and my birthday. The funniest part about today was when he realized the house for sale he saw on facebook this morning – and threatened to buy to move home closer to his mom – turned out to be mom and dad’s old house in West Liberty. The people who bought it remodeled part of it, and they’re now selling it. They have remodeled the inside enough that none of us recognized it at first. That gave us a good laugh. I hate to put him on the plane tomorrow, but I want him to be happy. My goal is to see him again very soon because I love him.
