Hero, Shero, and I got a big surprise today when CK and Vicki Stacy visited for the afternoon. If you’re from West Liberty, you surely know them, but let me fill you in if you’re not. Dad and CK have been the best of friends for as long as I can remember. Mom and Vicki worked together as social workers when I was young, and one of my fondest memories was Vicki pregnant with Jodi. They were such a sweet, handsome, fun couple, and they’ve not changed after all these decades. It was an honour to see them and spend some time today. They will forever hold a special place in my heart. Always.
