We had the chance to finally see Janet again last weekend after we decorated the cemeteries. They’d locked down the place after we last saw her because of a stomach bug ravaging the residents. Janet caught it, too, but as you can see, she recovered. She was almost as excited to see us as we were to see her, and we got to visit for a good while, long enough for mom to (re)pin her hair. We hugged a lot, and it was just what the doctor ordered for all of us.
