Yesterday was quite the day for moi. Not only did I get to hug Ken Bailey, but I got to hug Dave Farris, too. During the summer months, I hang out with Dave at the Drum Center, soaking up his incredible spirit and knowledge. One old dog trying to teach another old dog new tricks, when we stop talking long enough that is, which isn’t very often. He’s just about the hippest dude I know. My love and appreciation for him just grows and grows.
