You know what makes the worst day better? An adorable baby. Mimi and Pappy Moore come to the rescue with baby Kam. I said, “Smile for your creepy cousin with the camera,” as I bent into his face snapping away. You can almost see me and everyone behind me in his deep brown eyes. Eventually, over time, he will ignore me, and then we will begin to see all sides of this beautiful, beautiful boy who is loved beyond measure. The healing a child can bring is immeasurable. How blessed we are to have this 20 lbs dumpling in our family.
