Mom and I upgraded our phones last week, finally. We were both so far behind the new phones were like magic. I walked into the office Friday morning, and as I stood signing in, I noticed there was a man on the ground beneath Marie’s desk. I came on around the corner for a full view, and there she sat, away from the desk, mind you, with a wide smile on her face. She said something like, “I’m telling Robert [her husband] I had a man under my desk this morning.” We chuckled, and I snapped an inaugural picture on the new phone.
