I’m happy to report our Hero seems to be improving at last. After three weeks of very serious back pain and concern, the glimmer of hope has returned. He’s still in plenty of pain, but with mom and his beloved helper Sheema Washington wrestling him into a new back brace, he’s like a new man. He’ll still tell you he has a broken back, but he’s now wearing it as a badge of pride instead of the hardship that it is. That’s our Hero. The dude is the toughest man I’ve ever met.
