Lilly “Boo Boo Kitty” Terry 2007-2023
Aunt Millie was in the office today as Lilly continued to decline overnight. It appears the problem was not her kidneys or even a lung infection but her heart. Fluid around the heart and lungs, and a possible mass near her heart. With no real “best case scenario,” it made the most difficult decision slightly easier to make but no less wrenching. It’s going to take a long time to stop expecting her to meet me at the door like the good dog she was. I got to love her for 16 years. I was the luckiest.
