“The art of living does not consist in preserving and clinging to a particular mode of happiness, but in allowing happiness to change its form without being disappointed by the change; happiness, like a child, must be allowed to grow up.” ~ Charles L. Morgan

A few of the lunch ladies and I walked slightly off campus today for vittles. We passed a corner where this large bouy-like thing stands. It’s hard to say how long it’s been there since I’ve basically been a shut-in for the winter, what with massive snow falls and distance to eateries. Crystal Heis, of course being all-knowing like she is, had seen it before. She even knew what it was. Turns out they’ve installed a few of these street lights along campus streets. I’ll be interested to see what it looks like in the dark. It’s a little odd, but in a good kind of way.
