This was not shot today. No, today was cold and dreary after a cold front moved through last night. Of course, I find days like this delicious although they are aesthetically drab as the sky. I looked back through this month’s photos and found this image shot from a moving car. It’s the gorgeous farm just outside Versailles (Kentucky not France) near the Bluegrass Parkway. It’s the classic Bluegrass look with the old mansion and rolling hills. Old houses, old barns, sprawling fields like this hold great stories. I’d sure like to hear them. For the record, I wasn’t driving. Stacy was driving. In any case, I was just passing time in the car, and now here’s this sunny picture on a cold Friday. I think that’s a fine way to start a happy weekend.
