“Don’t worry about what people say behind your back. They are the people who are finding faults in your life instead of fixing their own.” ~ Unknown

Meet Dari Tice Franklin-Carpenter, daughter of my old friend Michael Ann Tike Franklin-Carpenter. I had the honour of helping Dari sort out her mother and grandfather’s extensive camera collection and robust negative and print files. Bless her, she has got quite the task ahead, and I don’t envy her that. Having somewhat gone through this when we moved mom and dad, it’s hard to pack lives and sort through them when they have such sentimental value. Still, Dari is as up to the challenge as anyone I know, and I’m sure Tike was/is very proud of her. I certainly am. Such a beautiful soul and how lucky I am to know her.

Bless her heart. Just wish I could help her but my health won’t let me. But I can pray for this young lady that God will give her the strength and courage to do what she must do.
