This was a big, busy day in my world. No, I did not launch into space, but it was somewhat stratospheric in a good way. Meanwhile, I was happy to see that the Saturn Rocket that marks the rest area outside Huntsville was still in place. It was a good place for a pit stop and to visit the old friend. That rocket has been out there for decades, and I always enjoyed travelling I-65 because of it. I mean, it’s not every day you pass a rocket on the road. It’s such a monument to American ingenuity, and a nod to the work done in nearby Huntsville, Alabama.
