“Life is a journey. Time is a river. The door is ajar.” ~ Jim Butcher
The door was ajar for Alana Boltz and she walked through it. Doug said a few months ago that we should hire Alana. She had worked for him before. He was duly impressed. We hired her. Doug was right, of course. She has skills incredibly hard to find, like an excellent work ethic. Plus, she knows how to communicate, a skill also endangered. Two weeks ago, Alana got a full-time librarian position at a law firm. She’s leaving us and her other part-time job at Jessamine County Public Library. We’re going to miss her kind spirit and superior skills. The door was ajar and Alana Boltz walked through it. We couldn’t be more proud.
