Yesterday, as we waited for the elevator to go from Lori’s 11th-floor room to Mom’s 1st-floor room, we admired the view of campus and downtown. We also noticed the rooftop garden atop the newer section’s lobby and connector to the old section. The helicopter was a nice touch. Mom came home today with additional antibiotics and orders for rest. We’re hoping Lori is not far behind her. Thank you to everyone who has offered well wishes, prayers, and offers of help. Your kindness warms my heart.
