“Music understands the delicious center of human nature. More fundamental, perhaps, to our thinking, believing, and loving than language.” ~ Dr. SunWolf
I can chalk off Renaissance Faire from my bucket list. My dear, dear friend, Duane Adams, took me to the faire in Ohio. He is, hands down, one of the finest human beings I have ever met. He told me RenFaire was awesome. It was everything I had hoped and a whole lot more. We started the day with real mead (dangerously delicious), followed by the first of many shows, the Washer Women: Hysterical. Swordsmen, jousting, mud theater, bagpipers (it was Highlands weekend), and exquisite belly dancing followed. Words don’t really suffice for how much I enjoyed this day. It will not be my last RenFaire, and it will definitely not be my last day with Duane.
