This good boy has become such a sweet companion. I might have to retire early so that we can hang out more. I feel so bad going to work in the morning and leaving him behind. He’s young and has energy, and he loves other dogs so much, and he’s warming to people, too. He’s smart and learns very quickly. It’s hard to leave him behind because we could be having a really good time together. We will have found each other almost a year ago in a few weeks, and I would have never believed that we could come this far, given our rocky start. He has taught me a lot.
