Beautiful apple blossoms sparkle in the spring rain. This is my Jonathan apple tree, my Mamaw Terry Tree. It was weighed down with apples last year. I meant to trim this and the Mamaw Adams Crabapple Tree in February, but time got away from me and by the time I realized time was passing, it was the end of March. She might not be as productive this year because of it, but she’ll be beautiful all the same. And her fruit? Shero turns it into the most delicious fried apples you ever ate.
