Lexington has gotten some press of late for the rainbow crosswalks downtown, but as far as I know, no one has talked about the slogans like this one on the corner of Lime and Euclid. They’re meant to prompt those with their heads buried in phones to look up before they get run over. Apparently, downtown, there are more of them. One asks, “What color is the sky today?” I don’t know how effective the messages are for phone zombies, but for me, they’re wonderful. Anything to spur a positive thought is alright by me.
