I happened to be at the office today when UK cancelled classes and dismissed workers at 1:30pm due to the incoming snow/ice storm. The drive home in freezing rain was fun. Somewhere there in the distance is Kroger Field. The freezing rain turned to the world’s smallest snow pellets by the time I got home. Safely ensconced in my warm home I can appreciate the frozen world outside. I remain ever grateful for the poor journey(wo)men out in this making sure we’re all taken care of.
