Judy Sackett and I were treated to a fine meal and fabulous company with the Suchanek’s last night. This was our second visit since we were all vaccinated, and just like the first time, the weather was perfect. That also meant the disc golf course next to their house was in full swing. I don’t know if you’ve ever seen, or even know about, disc golf, but it’s basically small-ish Frisbees thrown at big garbage can looking things (baskets) and it’s laid out a lot like a golf course. It looks hard to me, but then, I’ve never been real good with a Frisbee so, that’s not much of a surprise. Anyway, between golfers we explored the Suchanek Gardens and discovered these beauties. Being the ever generous host, Jeanne sent us each home with a few. Cucumbers: it’s what’s for dinner.
